Gamestop is dropping the price down a hundred dollars, most likely to make space for the next two band kits coming out later this year (Guitar Hero 5 and The Beatles: RockBand). Except for the Xbox360 version, it seems the price is only good In-Stores, as a “currently not available online” stamp shows up for the other versions. So close that link to Gamestop.com and start searching for your car keys, if you own any other system.
