Hot on the heels of the 250GB Xbox 360 Modern Warfare 2 and Forza 3 bundle announcements, it appears that Sony might have a bit of 250 GB bundle action of its own in the form of a upcoming package containing a new PS3 Slim and the highly-anticipated Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Now, some have pointed out that new PS3 bundles featuring top tier titles such as Assassin’s Creed II, Gran Turismo 5, and Uncharted 2 were rumored to be in the works as early as last week, but the apparently leaked imaged above serves to validate the 250GB Uncharted 2 bundle if you’re willing to believe it. How does SCEA feel about it? Well, Engadget reports that the bundle is being officially denied, for an American release anyway, but with the console wars quickly evolving into the bundle wars, it’s anybody’s guess.

After I saw the Modern Warfare 2 limited edition bundle, I thought that it would definitely sell well, but it wasn’t enough to go up against the PS3 Slim. Now that I see this bundle it’s obvious that Sony are totally going to steal this holiday season.
It’ll be a good move for them to hit with so many bundles as well. After the amazing initial week they had with the Slim’s release there would be so many more units moved given bundling the system with the blockbusters, especially the exclusives.
