SEGA, publisher of the rather sweet looking “Espionage RPG” Alpha Protocol, have announced that developer Obsidian’s latest title will sneak its way into retail on Ocotober 6, 2009. The game will be available on the PC, PS3, and 360.

To celebrate, a new dev diary has been sent through the tubes…this time, we get more details on the art design, the game world, character development, and more. Be sure to check out the new vid after the jump.

For more on Alpha Protocol, hit up the game’s official website.

This game has potential, I hope it doesn’t flop. It would be ace to get another quality rpg developper giving us a steady stream of quality rpgs, like bioware and to a lesser extent bethesda.
Even if it turns out the gameplay isnt very good, I’m confident the story will deliver, the lead writer has done some really impressive stuff in the past.  Quote
