If, for some reason, you have yet to delve into the world of Pandora in 2009′s sleeper hit shooter Borderlands, then now you have a great time to finally pack your bags. Launching on October 12 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, the Borderlands Game of the Year Edition comes packed with the original game along with all four downloadable content packs – the fourth of which has yet to be released. Additionally, the GOTY edition includes a foldout map of theBorderlands world, in case you get lost.
Official word from GearBox Software’s Twitter:
Borderlands Game of the Year Edition announced! Game + all FOUR DLCs and bonus map for 360, PS3, and PC. Available in October!
The air fare, er, I mean admission price will run you the standard $59.99 which is great considering the play-per-dollar value you are getting. Will those of you who’ve yet to go loot hunting consider doing so now? Head down to the comment section below and tell us, and multiple comments will cost you $50 each – y’know, for safety reasons..

unfortuneatly I own all of them but dlc 4(obviously), otherwise would a killer deal.
I got the game plus the first three DLC’s of steam for $20, but this is cool I guess.
Any words on a release date?
This sounds great, im so glad I didn’t buy it yet and now its the perfect time to jump in if you have been on the fence about this game.
A big maybe. Maybe, if I’m bored, I’ll pick this up somewhere in the future.
October 12, as is mentioned in the article
ill be getting this. wasnt sure about the game, but ill get it with everything included
I loved the original game, although was a bit dissapointed in the variety of guns (many are so similar sadly)
Ive since traded the game in, but a version like this with all DLC included is a great deal and I will be picking this up, without a doubt. The only downside is waiting until October!!
I wonder if this bonus map will be available for people who already have the game and all DLC’s.
