GamerBytes caught up with a Gameloft rep and asked them about the upcoming remake of everyone’s spineless hero (literally, without a spine) Earthworm Jim. They revealed that the remake of the classic franchise will be based on the Sega Genesis version, but that it is being made from the ground up, to include better graphics, smoother animation and several difficulty levels. While there are currently no screenshots of the game available, there are some from the iPhone version and the differences are showcased above.
