Google’s signature home page, one of the most popular places on the Internet, has been featuring the look of the distinctive world-famous playing pieces of Tetris in honor of the game’s 25th anniversary.

Google rolled out the Tetris -inspired design in 24-hour periods: starting June 5th at 1:00 PM EDT in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. From 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EDT, the Tetris-inspired design began appearing in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. This morning, the Tetris-inspired design was made available in North and South America.

Google and Tetris…seems like a perfect fit. HA!
