Gotta Vita & going through the PS+ titles. Soul Sacrifice is the only ame that interests me, and I go right back to Bravely Default. I've never been interested in SMT or Persona games, but Persona 4 Golden seems like the one killer app (I thought Gravity Rush would be, but......no :( ). We shall see. Here's hoping Sony doesn't forget the Vita. I wish I could play my Okami HD on it, the same way the PSP GoW/Ico/SotC titles are playable, but no.

@PixelPolish well, from what I have seen Demon gaze and Oreshika are. Altough Demon gaze is more like a dungeon

Im with @Able2Disable. Since clearing my vita backlog I havent picked it up in months. Yeah there's some great titles but I think there to far and few between. The library doesn't come close to the 3DS. I have a PS4 and could see why the remote play could be great, but personally I rather have that experience on my lounge on my tv.

@AbyssLord Well, to be honest, hardly any of the titles I used as an example can be called "grindy old-school jRPGs" :]

Well in a Brent Adams short answer kinda fashion, I think you're wrong Able2Disable and you are wrong.

@PixelPolish I'm not a game racist :) In fact my most favourite games come from japan (Okami, Demons Souls etc.), but I don't find games you listed too promising except Freedom Wars. I didn't like Soul Sacrifice and I don't enjoy grindy old-school JRPGs. I buy platforms to experience new things.

@AbyssLord No exclusive? How about Soul Sacrifice Delta, Freedom Wars, Oreshika, Toukiden, Demon Gaze, Danganronpa - just to name a few recent releases/announcements. Unless you're a "game racist" and hate everything that comes from Japan, it's hard to complain about exclusives on the Vita - especially when games like Soul Sacrifice and Toukiden warrant anything between 100 and 1000h of gameplay ;)

@Abel2Disable, it is true that it doesn't get much love in terms of exclusives (except excellent Tearaway) but it has its place. Vita became my main platform for indie games. I really like to play games like Hotline Miami or Guacamelee rather on Vita than anywhere else. I wish Klei would do a Mark of the Ninja port as well :(

@Abel2Disable, I second PixelPolish's comments. Future is looking super bright, though I can understand the stance on unique games. But I mainly bought it for the PS4 connectivity, which is (mostly) super amazing. PS4 Portable FTW!

@Abel2Disable, the future isn't looking bright? Man, the future looks better than ever. It got to the point where I started doing a weekly news show from the Vita world because the'res a lot of things coming out :)

What's YOUR take on successful Kickstarters failing to deliver?
Kinda confirms my worst suspicions/fears about crowd-funding.0%
It doesn't really discourage me, there's always the possibility a project won't work out0%
I think projects need to start formulating a plan for what happens if the project folds0%
I'm going to be much more selective about funding things in the future0%

will the crowdfunding bubble burst

I am still a big user of crowdfunding sites i have donated to a fair few games so far. From skull girls and grim dawn up to the more recent beasts fury.

I think crowd funding has its place and thankfully i have not been burned as of yet but recently came across a kickstarter …

Who gets gaming shame....?

Gaming Shame :

1) The shame a person feels when they just screwed up and their team has died and lost the match because of it.

2) The shame a person feels when they play a video game, but feel that they should be doing something that would be more productive.

I dont know about you guys, but I run into this more often than not, and its why I dont game as much as I used to.

Like a kid again

Yesterday I drove to my local store to get a new toner for my printer and, as usual, had a look around the gaming section. I was browsing the PS4 games when I heard two kids playing on an exhibition machine i couldn't see around the corner. "What a great game!" "I love this game sooooo much!" "Wow look at that!". The kids where just gasping at what they saw onscreen. "My mother is going to get me this game!" one of them said. "I'm so lucky!!!" The other kid just sighed. "I'm really lucky,…
