After a 19 year career with Microsoft, Corporate Vice President of the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft Game Studios Shane Kim is calling it quits. The voluntary retirement is credited to the fact that Kim wishes to spend more time with friends and family, while also meaning that Microsoft’s current GM at MGS, Phil Spencer, will assume the role of CVP in Kim’s absence this fall.
