The first DLC for Modern Warfare 2 is headed to Xbox 360 on March 30th and we’ve got some screenshots and deets for you. Of the five new multiplayer maps Bailout, Storm, and Salvage are new while Crash and Overgrown are making a return appearance from the original Modern Warfare. The DLC will set you back 1200 MS Points or $15 bucks when it debuts later on PS3 and PC. Hit the EBA Gallery to check out the five new screens showing off each of the new maps.
only reason i would buy this is cause of Overgrown, one of my fave COD maps ever, but since ive stopped playin this for the better BFBC2 ill pass ^_^

If they consider to down it to 10 bucks I’m in. FGS!! they have millions of copies out there, this will make them millions if they go with 10 or less.
The price is just way too high, I WAS a great fan of CoD now I’m leaving it and also going for Bad Company 2 simply because of Infinity Wards greed.

My gut tells me that the new maps are so stupidly expensive, because of the exclusivity and the maps for ps3 and pc are going to be cheaper. I will not buy the maps for the 360, it’s ridiculous. Every time I think about it, I can see Boby Kotics stupid face when he said that if it was up to him, MW2 would be $80 or a $100. This is greatest example of how a company doesn’t care about the costumers that supported the brand.
I’m not going to get this. Although the new maps look fun, and my personal boycott probably won’t affect this games sales, I’m not going to get this. There is so much shit that goes with MW2. (Airport controversy, Higher price on PC, No dedicated servers on PC, Laggy servers, glitched matches, infinite noob tube, super speed glitches, Javelin glitching, infinites care package glitchs) and now a $15 price tag on a map pack that is basically three new maps with two maps from COD4. The ideal thing to do for the fans that stick with MW2 after dealing with all the shit would to put it out for free. But of course IW would never do that. Instead they make it $15. This just further throws that Infinity Ward and Activision have the biggest ego’s in gaming!
I stopped playing Modern Warfare 2 a long time ago and charging that much for new maps in ridiculous. I’ll just stick to my free BF:BC2 maps thanks
I have no problem is bringing back classic stages. In fact, I wish other games did so (SF4). It be nice if this were included, but whatever. This pack, however, is completely overprices. The only reason why I bought the last map pack was because they stopped doing that 2x exp sale(that’s how late I bought it). Also the fact that the game isn’t as fun as the last one, I’m not spending anymore on it. I’m mad that I spent $60+ already.
BTW, besides for politicians and maybe the Russians, what gamer was honestly offended by the airport stage. Come on now, didn’t GTA teach us anything.
nah, way too pricey for 3 new maps and 2 recycled maps. i would be happier if they just recycle the maps from MW and call it free.
Yeah, price is a major factor in getting these map packs. COD Wow, how many map packs were there? by the time your done paying for the add-ons, you could have bought 2 other games to play!! I’m sticking with BFBC 2, that game is the shit!!
