Honestly, I wouldnt go to SDCC if someone payed me to because of how big it is. I want to go to a comic convention for comics and comic related things not this smorgasbord of "pop-culture" and the like. This is why my husband and I are planning to go to a smaller comic convention in NC next year for the ultimate comic experience. Plus I agree with others, SDCC isn't a be-all for hardcore related gaming news. If anything it adds a bridge to comic book related games, but I guess since it is so popular, devs or publishers see it as another publicity stunt. Coughcoughhugepirateshipcoughcough.
These days, any news is good news.
