Its Friday and we're finishing out the week with a question from @RJMBorland about our interests outside of gaming and whether there's any crossover with our beloved interactive entertainment. What do The Axelords do when we're not platforming, reloading, and leveling up? Quite a bit as it turns out!

Wow, great question from @RJMBorland. I am glad you picked it up. Really nice to hear you talking about your other interests and very special friendship. Your passion for each other was translated really well in this podcast. ;) Hope you can continue the show for many years to come (at infinity) and that your friendship will last till the zombie apocalypse is coming.

As much as I love listening to game "centric" conversations, knowing a little more about you guys is awesome ! by the way, this new format of podcast fit perfectly in my dailies schedule :)

Almost as good as the CDProject Red episode! Very entertaining. Seems like you guys are busy with loads of stuff.

I enjoyed the show.  Here's a question?  How did you all meet your significant others?  Were they open to gaming initially or did you have to wean them on slowly like a homeless derelict on to pipe filled with Shanghai opium?

I have to strongly disagree with DK, outside is highly overrated. Just too full of things. I believe Barney Gumble said it best when he stated "Aah! Natural light! Get it off me...get it off me!".

i'm very glad i gave the new daily format a try, this was a good first week guys and none of my concerns about the show being dumbed down for yt ended up happening.

Cool episode. Will we ever see/hear Brent, Tony, Daniel and Lorin on the same podcast at the same time? That would be awesome!

Comment by Richard N on July 12, 2014 at 6:29pm

Probably my favorite part of the podcast is when everyone takes a second to stop talking about video games and just pal around with eachother. The reason I keep listening to you guys and have maintained listening to you guys for over 4 years is because you guys are just down right fun to listen to. Too many other Podcast are done by people who feel uncomfortable with a mic in front of them and lack any chemistry or good interaction with their co-host. Even though I often greatly differ from all three Axelord's opinions or don't share any of their taste in games and such this show always makes a day go by easier. Keep rocking Axelords!

Yes, I need a controller, graphic horsepower, and an 'on' button...that's it 0%
Its not realistic to think mainstream consumers will buy a device that only does one thing0%
I actually like all the entertainment options and hope they can be balanced with gaming0%
Keeping it simple is fine, but if everyone does that then no one stands out; console makers half to also stand apart0%

PSN Plus Instant Game Collection (May to July 2014)

Back again to give my impressions of games that I have played (and many I failed to complete) thanks to the PSN plus instant library.

Stealth Inc.: A Clone in The Dark

The first on a long list of games that I failed to complete. I enjoyed the puzzles, it was well polished for an indie title and it is a perfect fit for mobile gaming. I played it in bite size amounts and ended up logging three or four hours into it. If I had more of an opportunity to…

RE: Exclusive live scene from TLOU: One Night Live - Its time to grow up and stop acting entitled

Well, I was going to keep this short enough for a status but I wasn't able to manage it, so I decided to make a blog and boy did I run with it (I shouldn't be allowed near these things) So, here's my 10 cents worth:

I'm getting tired of hearing about 'internet rage' over game-related issues that really have nothing to do with what you deserve or what you are owed.

In this particular case, yet again fans of The Last Of Us are getting up in the grill of…
