Accusations of gearbox embezzling money are not comparable to a game you were disappointed in, because you couldn't see what they marketed.

It's similar to other games where money was embezzled and publishers lied to, like Star Wars: Battlefront 3. An actual misappropriation of funds and contractual obligations, not you failing to notice all the problems with mass effect 3 were apparent in the trailers/demo.

:D actualy with ME3 some of the bad stuff got leaked on the bioware forums :D ppl simply kept saying "this cant be true this must be an early version of the storylines"
When ppl played the demo there was a statement from EA saying that this is not the final version of the game but build X they deemed worthy of displaying to the public :D well i still dont know why ppl preorder...or buy games day 1...let the game be out for a week...even 2...than visit some forums...watch some reviews...if you hear about horrid problems...go to youtube and see for yourself :D also about gearbox...we have a saying here... "you shall reap what you have planted" :D

its very very rare now days for games to come out that i know nothing about before but today that happened .Was over a mates today and he said downloaded off steam a new diablo style rpg and i had never heard anything about it at all (think it was only released yesterday ) it was called the incredible adventures of van helsing.
