Google Invests $100 Million in Facebook Game Maker Zynga

Posted on July 12, 2010 by "BodyLikeABattleAxe"

Google doesn’t control the entire internet—yet—but with its latest investment in social gaming, the company seems to be making progress. Google quietly invested somewhere between $100 million and $200 million dollars (when you’re in the hundreds of millions of dollars, apparently exact figures don’t matter) in Zynga, the social gaming company…

Several weeks after the announcement of Apple’s new iPad there has been a lot of talk regarding the presence of the new device and how it will impact the gaming industry (if at all).  Some sites have gone so far as to blatantly make fun of the device (not that it doesn’t necessarily…

Bought a GTX 680 but would recommend the GTX 670 to anyone thinking of going high end mainly because the price is 25% less but performance is just 5% different.

I was expecting more when I spent ~$1000 on my rig, so I got a 2nd card & I am VERY happy :) . Need a 3D hdtv soon. The GTX670 will satisfy you for sure, man.

I ordered a 2nd card abt 1 month later. $400 for a GTX 670 is worth it imho. I wish I had a single card, tbh. Some older games don’t support SLI like Crysis Warhead that is too much for my 1 card on ultra.

@Equinoxe I wasn’t suggesting you do SLI/CF, that’s just what I did cuz the graphical fidelity wasn’t much better than my consoles on my 32″ hdtv w a single 2gb GTX 560 fermi superclocked.
