Atari announced yesterday that Test Drive Unlimited 2 is being pushed from September 2010 to Q1 2011, a move that places the game squarely in the middle of several high profile games currently slated for release between January and March of next year. Developer Eden Games has said that the delay will allow them to “take into account consumer feedback to help ensure we deliver a great online lifestyle racing experience.”

Also delayed is the beta for Test Drive Unlimited 2, but Eden has said that they will announce the new dates for the beta in the coming weeks. When Test Drive Unlimited 2 does hit store shelves next year, it will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
