I feel like everyone criticising the game pre-release is like how everyone was so concerned about deus ex. Besides some stiff facial animation, I haven't seen anything that makes me think this game will be any worse. I somewhat wish they'd removed lethal combat from the game entirely, but that's not exactly something you can expect of a AAA game anymore it seems.

After watching the Stage demo again, the moveing from shadow to shadow does not seem to under user control like a jump from shadpw to shadow rather then me moveing the char mysleft from shadow to shadow , and after being BURNT to a crisp by Aliens CM, i am have a hard time pre order stuff day 1 again.

I don't do pre-orders, but again... I never really got suckered into Aliens, partly because it's gearbox and randy pitchford has never been that trustworthy, partly because I never thought xenomorphs were interesting when you're gunning them don by the dozens like that first trailer.

It seems like the shadow movement works like cover switching which seems fine by me, I just want to see more about the avoidance tactics beyond just "oh you fought this guy but you knocked him out instead of killing him."

Shadow kinda works like blink does in Dishonored but with less control. Dont think you have to use it if you dont want to.. just walk normally if thats your thing.

So far from what ive seen its looking to be a a pretty good title. Probably not 9+ ratings but 8+ ratings for sure. I pre-ordered it at GMG with a 30% discount so thats worth it imo.

I'm pretty hesitant about Thief because there have been some articles talking about how the dev team have been having some pretty big problems internally. This is one of those wait and see games for me.

Wow.. I have to say, I had seen some footage and heared a few rumors about this game and thought this will be bad and the gameplay was lacking. However, after seeing this trailer my hopes are rekindled for this game, I do hope it can be good.
